I don’t know what you’re facing over the next day or two, but I do know this: You’re not facing it alone.
For our family, the next 48 hours are big ones. There’s a lot we’re walking into, and this morning’s YouVersion verse of the day was a perfect reminder that we don’t have to know. God already does.

Deuteronomy 31:8 is spoken in a moment of transition. Moses, the leader who had guided Israel through the wilderness, was handing the reins to Joshua. The Israelites were about to step into the Promised Land, a place long hoped for, but still full of unknowns, enemies, and challenges. Moses wasn’t going with them. Everything was shifting.
Maybe that’s where you find yourself, too… on the edge of something new, uncertain, or even a little scary. Maybe the leader you leaned on isn’t with you anymore. Maybe the next step looks risky. Maybe you’re wondering if you’re really ready.
But this is where the promise hits home: The Lord will personally go ahead of you.
You’re not stepping into the unknown. You’re stepping into a space God has already entered. He goes before you. He stands beside you. And He stays behind you, covering what you can’t see. What feels unfamiliar to you is already familiar to Him.
So, whatever you’re walking into today or tomorrow, take heart. The God who led the Israelites into their promise is the same God who leads you now. He won’t fail you. He won’t abandon you. He is with you always. ❤️
